Trained staff are an important asset to your business. Training can be on site, under supervision of a suitable person, online, a certificated course. All training must be adequate for the job.

In house training with a skilled person may well be all that is needed for some staff, but a common complaint made by Environmental health officers (EHO) is that records of staff training are lacking or absent.
